Listed below are all assays used to screen mice for abnormal phenotypes, sorted by broad phenotypic categories (domains). The same assay may be listed under multiple domains.
"Protocol Links" (the last three columns) provide links to protocol information
for that assay as it is performed at each mutagenesis center (NU=Northwestern University,
TMGC=Tennessee Mouse Genome Consortium, JAX-NMF=The Jackson Laboratory). If no text exists for a particular center, then that center does not have a standard protocol for that assay.
